PERFORMANCE CLAIMS AND SIMULATIONS

The visualization of FPS (frames per second) and latency measurements on Windows systems compared to Bandit performance shown in our "Why Choose Bandit" section and other promotional materials are SIMULATIONS ONLY. These visualizations are provided for illustrative purposes to demonstrate the general concept that Bandit is designed to decrease latency and improve frame rates. The specific FPS numbers and millisecond latency values displayed in these simulations are NOT REAL PERFORMANCE DATA and do not represent actual results you will achieve.

Actual performance improvements will vary significantly from PC to PC depending on numerous factors including but not limited to:

Hardware specifications and age
Operating system version and configuration
Currently installed software and drivers
Background processes and system load
Thermal conditions and power settings
Previous system modifications or tweaks
Network configuration and quality

We make no guarantee regarding the specific amount of performance improvement, if any, that you will experience.

SOFTWARE UPDATES

While we state that Bandit receives frequent and regular updates, the actual scale, scope, and frequency of these updates may vary considerably based on:

Technical necessity and priority
Discovery of new optimization techniques
Compatibility requirements with system updates

We reserve the right to modify our update schedule without prior notice and make no commitment to any specific timeline for future updates.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The BIOS tab within Bandit includes tweaking recommendations and modifications developed by Jurnin. These BIOS tweaks are NOT our original content and are included with appropriate attribution. We do not take responsibility for the effectiveness, safety, or compatibility of these third-party BIOS modifications. Users implement BIOS changes at their own risk.

NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

We CANNOT AND DO NOT ABSOLUTELY PROMISE that Bandit will improve your system's FPS, reduce latency, or enhance gaming performance. Performance improvements depend on many variables, including:

Whether you have previously used other tweaking utilities that may have already applied similar optimizations
Your system's current configuration and performance baseline
Hardware limitations that cannot be overcome through software optimization
Conflicting software or system configurations

Results may vary from no improvement to significant enhancement, and in some cases, certain tweaks may not be compatible with your specific system configuration.

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS:

We have included multiple temperature monitoring warnings and system stability alerts within the Software
We strongly recommend following the step-by-step guide provided in the Showcase tab
Monitor your system temperatures closely after applying tweaks
Test system stability thoroughly after making modifications
Discontinue use immediately if you experience any system instability

SYSTEM RESTORE POINTS

Bandit provides options to create system restore points before applying certain modifications (available in the Debloat tab). However, please be aware that system restore points have limitations:

System restore points CANNOT revert registry edits made by the Software
Some system modifications may not be fully reversible through system restore
We recommend creating manual backups of important data before using the Software
Consider creating a full system backup before applying extensive modifications
